A very good question. The wonders of modern graphics software allows us to see 3D concept drawings in the planning stage. In this new building there will be 6 class rooms on the top floor and 4 on the ground. 
The views you have here are 1: from the library / covered walkway 2: looking from the volleyball courts 3: from High School Admin
The building will back on to the top of the amphitheatre and the gap in the ground floor will allow access to the amphitheatre area. All the surrounds will be landscaped when construction is completed.
